Effective against cold
1 people found this helpful
It has been effective against the common cold. I take magnesium for its essential role in metabolism, usually once every two days due to the high content in each capsule. I find that I urinate a lot the following morning. Regardless of how severe the winter is, I no longer suffer from cold feet and fingertips. A doctor well-versed in molecular nutrition suggested this is due to its vasodilatory effect. It’s highly effective, economical, and I recommend it. The quality seems good, and the blue bottle is appealing and secure enough that I even use it to carry shampoo while travelling.

Effective for colds

This magnesium is excellent. A cardiologist found an abnormality in my heart, which could be linked to my mother’s vitamin D deficiency during pregnancy. I experienced tachycardia and cramps in my calves. Within a week of taking this supplement, I noticed significant improvement. I prioritised chelated forms due to their higher bioavailability compared to inorganic compounds. This product combines magnesium oxide, citrate, succinate, and lysylglycinate chelate.
